When I recall my handful of interactions surrounding Noah, as it pertains to instruction. I’m quick to remember his tactful timing to steer or stop the situation in real time.

As where I’ve had coaches in the past that will see me make mistakes five times before having the confidence to bring it up. Noah will stop or steer in the moment, and this very action brings a moment of friction that brings potency to the practice.

Noah’s poise to meet me where I stood, no matter the mood or time frame limitation, and still get results month after month. That’s what kept me coming back. Radical Change wasn’t what I was expecting going in, but it’s what I got.

Many coaches are entertainers, goofy, animators with an attached fee, AKA a friend with a price tag, that wasn’t Noah.
