I started guitar lessons with Christian in June 2024. I was very nervous starting the lessons, as I suffered from a head injury due to an accident and having other health issues. From the first lesson he has been very patient with me, as I'm having difficulty picking up the course materials. He is comfortable teaches with blending with both in-person and video lessons to work around with people's work schedules. Not only is he patient, he a kind, respectful and trustworthy. As a mother of 2 daughters, I feel 100% comfortable to have him teach them, if the want music lessons. His passion for music shows in the way he teaches. Christian, you are an amazing person and I'm happy to have you as a teacher.

A great teacher with patience who can tailor the needs of student. My daughter used to self-learn guitar online. After months' in-person lessons, my daughter plays more confident and more varieties of song choices. She also enjoys with the drill given for practicing. I was grateful to have Christian to be my daughter's guitar teacher.

Picking up a new instrument as an adult was a daunting venture for me, and I'm very happy that I found Christian as my teacher. He was able to gage my skill level and develop a plan to help me achieve my goals as a beginner guitar player. As we've progressed through lessons, he's also helped me figure out what my next goals are and how I can continue to grow my skills.
Christian has been patient and kind to me and lets me ask as many questions as I need as many times as it takes for me to understand the answer. I've always been a slower learner and I'm not ever made to feel bad for this. He is also understanding that as a person who works more than full time, every now and then it's nice for me to have a day where we switch things up. Sometimes we play bass, get into discussions on gear, or learn about music production and the thousands of different ways that the theory I've been learning can be applied. One of my favorite lessons was the one where I got to try out playing bass for the first time. I think that unlocked another lifelong interest for me and I'm so thankful for that. If I ever find myself looking for a bass teacher, Christian would be my first choice.
Christian has a very well-rounded musical knowledge having played many different instruments, as well as a thorough understanding of music theory and what goes into the process of making music. I love that each lesson, I get to tap into this, and I always leave feeling like I've learned something new. He's helped me build a repertoire of exercises and things to work on to make me a better player and practice with purpose.
I think the hardest part of learning guitar- or any new skill- is the fear of failure, especially in front of others. Christian has taught me that it's okay to make mistakes, and that instead of getting down on myself, to use them as an opportunity to learn and grow.
I would recommend Christian as a music teacher to folks of all ages.

Chris helped me so much with my lessons! We had to do them virtually because I live in Ontario but he helped me make it work! I can’t believe I can actually play notes on a guitar, it’s really helped me reach some of my personal goals for this year. He’s patient and takes his time to make sure you don’t feel overwhelmed.

My son Alex loves metal music, and loves learning with Christian. We found him on facebook a while back, and he has really helped Alex learn a lot and make practicing fun
