learn the basics of Nutrition, body needs and proper nutrients. Learn how to develop diet plans individualized, create balanced menus for small or larger groups. learn how to calculate macros and all things Nutrition related. Based on the student (s) needs I will develop a course with the proper lessons in order to give the best instruction, balancing goals and level to achieve. I can teach in both English and Spanish, giving to my students a plus if desired.
