About Michael
I am a patient and fluid person who listens just as much as I instruct. I have been singing since I was very little in shows and concerts. I started playing guitar seriously at the age of 17 and began with lessons at my local college. Having that foundation, I have been able to grow tremendously over the last 6 years. My goal is to share my passion for music with young people who are just getting started! Whether you are a hobbyist or see singing or playing guitar as a career, I believe a strong foundation is crucial.

In my lessons, my goal is to focus on learning real songs that my students want to play or sing! I will introduce strong fundamentals and good habits in learning music but not get bogged down in theory. We will start by getting accustomed with the guitar and introduce some exercises that will get your hands or voice in shape, then focus on learning real songs of your choice.
