About Cassie
I am a qualified and experienced teacher of English who has helped students from various national and linguistic backgrounds to improve their language skills.
I hold an MA with distinction in TESOL and Applied Linguistics at the Manchester Metropolitan University and a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA).
I have been teaching English and working with language learning, translation and interpretation for six years. I have taught English to international students at the University of Nottingham, the University of Sheffield and Hanoi University.

I base my classes entirely on students' needs. Because students are incredibly different, my lessons are designed to meet their needs and ensure that they are completely engaged in the process of learning. I usually incorporate technology in learning in teaching.
I can help you in different aspects of English such as writing, reading, speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary. I am also experienced in teaching academic English and I can provide support for academic writing by helping you to structure your essays, assignments and dissertation, proofread your works and improve your academic language.
