I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and my teaching is deeply informed by my own journey with lower back pain and recovery. I understand firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to return to movement, which is why I teach with patience, clarity, and respect for each body’s limits. My classes are thoughtfully paced, alignment-focused, and adaptable, offering a calm, supportive space where students feel safe, encouraged, and confident moving at their own rhythm.

As a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, I offer Hatha and Vinyasa–inspired classes that focus on gentle strengthening, mobility, breath awareness, and proper alignment. Each session is adaptable, beginner-friendly, and paced with care, creating a supportive space to build confidence, reduce discomfort, and reconnect with your body at your own rhythm.
