About Kirsty
Since graduating university I have been working as a graphic designer, however I am looking to spend more of my time teaching yoga now. A lover of travel, I spent 6 months in Mexico and took some lessons on how to teach yoga in Spanish.
I have taught in Mexico and the UK.

I find that the physical practice of yoga is complimentary to more dynamic exercise such as climbing and running and some of my sequences are based around this.
I included pranayama, asana practice and meditation in my classes. I can accommodate to work on certain poses such as arm balances or focus on core and shoulder strength to build up the strong foundations for postures such as headstand and dolphin. The asana practice I teach is suitable for all levels, starting with the breath and a stable, strong alignment. I challenge those who want to take a posture further but teach at a steady pace, ensuring everyone can keep up in the class to create a safe environment which is non-judgemental and fun.
