I come from an advertising and production background. I qualified during the pandemic and it's the best thing I've ever done. After practicing yoga for years I find teaching as satisfying as practicing myself. I believe yoga should be for all.

My classes are often themed, and that's not just to parts of the body or peak poses. I like to bring in yoga philosophy, mediation and pranayama. Working with students to offer much more than psychical poses, and allowing time in each asana to connect mind, body and breath.
