2nd year mathematics student at the University of Loughborough, achieved A* at mathematics A-level. Tutoring both A-level and GCSE Maths for 3 years.

As a mate of my older brother, Cal gave me a few 1on1 sessions for free for my A-Levels. I seriously didn't know how much maths we could get through in just an hour! Time went by seamlessly and I was just understanding everything so much clearer than before. The sessions got through a lot, yet nothing was glossed over. Definitely helped me out a lot.

Since my son started his lessons with Cal, he has relished lessons in class, mock exams and has became way more confident about his studies. He has since moved up a set in school and, by his own admission, finds math "easy".

I cannot recommend Cal enough for any parent with kids struggling with maths at school.

Knowing Cal for over 7 years, he has been able to show me his ability in mathematics and his great critical thinking skills. As a peer in the same studies as him, he has been able to give help to his peers countless times in a respectful and easy-to-follow manner.

Cal taught me maths for 5 sessions in the lead up to my mock test at the end of year 10. I found all the lessons very fun and ended up doing really well in my mock test, he was really good at showing me where I went wrong and solving problems became really easy.

We were doing A Levels at the same time and even with the complex questions which come up. He would break it down into constituent parts and not just show me how to get the answer but explain, justifying each of the necessary steps so I could complete it on my own in future.
