About Dev
I completed my Matriculation from ICSE and Intermediate from CBSE, so I have the experience to tackle the sophisticated syllabus of either curriculum. As a student, the deficit of materials and methods needed to overcome the vast syllabus amidst the competitive nature of the students' immediate environment is still fresh in my memory.
In my experience, cycling and swimming are hard to learn, but once mastered, muscle memory kicks in—even after total memory loss. Math works in quite a similar way. It takes consistent, hard effort initially, but once you truly own a concept, it is almost impossible to forget.
As a student myself, I built my teaching approach around the "Chewing and Cramming" method, which strikes a balance between helping you understand the concepts within the scope of the syllabus with a 60-70% focus, and then insisting you memorize the content of immense significance to fulfill the remaining requirements of the modern education system of India.
My role is to guide you through the syllabus, but it is you who must walk the path through your own hard work. Also, I am fully aware not to expect any student to have a good grasp of all disciplines, especially Mathematics, as the majority of students are average, which is the sole reason why they seek tuition.

- I offer the flexibility to choose a distinct combination of the subjects as per the requirements of the pupil; the subjects include- Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science and Computer Application (Java for ICSE) for 6th to 10th standard CBSE & ICSE students.
- It must be noted that doubts from other subjects/ disciplines (other than those mentioned above) will be entertained as per my knowledge in the respective disciplines.
:- Class Structure: Each day's one-hour session begins by addressing your doubts from the previous classes and from the last class's homework, followed by new coursework, and ends with the allotment of new homework every single day.
:- Homework Policy: Due to the time constraints of a one-hour class, daily homework cannot be checked thoroughly. Written work will be briefly reviewed, and understanding will be assessed through random questioning. Therefore, it is essential for you to be at least sincere with yourself; only then will your investment of time, money, and effort truly pay off.
:- Efforts:
a.) The standard plan includes 1-hour daily classes on a monthly basis, primarily focusing on Mathematics. We can also cover a secondary subject if you are willing to put in the necessary after-class effort. Real progress happens when my teaching is matched by your independent study; where your self-directed practice is what makes this work smoothly.
b.) If you care more about the difference between what I know and what I can deliver in my teaching, or even about fine-tuning your frequency with every other teacher, then I assure you that you should care more about your will to grasp the concepts with your complete presence of mind and spirit to learn, where QUESTIONING and REPEATED QUESTIONING are great tools to implement, because my little-great experience is also accompanied by my specialised diploma in pedagogical studies.

Details
- It's Rs. 1600 per month for a 1-hour daily class (except weekends), during which I can teach Mathematics along with one secondary subject.
- It must be noted that it is entirely up to the student to opt for more than one subject (from the list above) during a single session or on alternate days. In such cases, the depth of content delivery may be compromised due to strict time constraints; however, every effort will be made to minimize any impact of learning.
- If a student requires more than a one-hour session per day on a regular basis for the same or different subjects, the monthly fee will be adjusted proportionally.
:- Schedule: Classes are held Monday through Friday (weekends are off for monthly plan). Classes on Saturdays will be held without any additional charges if the student is deserving in my opinion, where my view will be based on the upcoming exam dates, the remaining portion of the syllabus, and the strength of the student in the respective subjects.
