4th Year Mechanical Engineer at the University of Waterloo looking to give pointers for applying students!

I became of student of Larry's after wanting to play the music I listen to for years. He is very proficient in various genres, specifically teaching me how to play hip-hop songs. His teaching methods are really helpful and are good for any beginner. One particular experience I've had with Larry is: After a song came out by my favourite artist, Larry helped me dissect the song. Slowly with his help, I would become familiar with each verse, bridge, and chorus and not only did I learn how to play the song, but I also became better at playing the guitar. I recommend Larry to other Superprof members because as he is always dedicated to the craft and has a desire to help others improve and reach their goals.

Larry is one of the most trustworthy people I know! When teaching, he is clear, patient, and attentive to each of his student's needs. Larry was my tutor for most of 2020, and he was able to teach me effectively both in person and online. If you're looking for a reliable, experienced, and reputable tutor, he is the person to go to!

I have been receiving lessons from Larry for the past year, and he is a great teacher. I never had experience playing guitar before but he taught me everything I needed to know to play at an intermediate level as of now. It's great to be able to play my favorite songs to my friends and family!
