About Jenni
Hi, I’m Jenni and currently a law student at the University of Bristol with a Vice-Chancellor Music Scholarship. I have a lot of experience performing with orchestras such as the National Children’s Orchestra of Great Britain and the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Youth Orchestra and hope to transfer my expertise to students! I have been at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Junior Department for 13 years, and have studied through the Suzuki method, where I have learnt the teaching method well.

I focus on the importance of technique in order to achieve results, where studies are essential. Also, I will choose appropriate repertoire depending on the student, which can help the development of playing. I also understand the importance of musicality, which can be developed through providing different ideas of interpretation. I can teach all ABRSM grades from Grade 1 to 8 and Diploma, and the Suzuki books.

Jenni has been teaching me for the last 6 months. I really like her lessons as she has taught me techniques and theory which has given me enough confidence to take my music grades (currently grade 3). I hope to continue with Jenni for the foreseeable future.
Jenni was excellent with my daughter especially getting her to grade 5 Violin. She was patient and explained things very clearly. My daughter really enjoyed the lessons and she continues to play to this day. Jenni is very experienced and very professional. :)
