I am more than glad to recommend my brother, Norman, to prospective employers. Of course, I'm prejudice, since I have known him all my life. Norm takes great pride in his work, constantly striving to better himself for the benefit of the students. He possesses superior critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities, both necessary for effective teaching. I worked with Norm for several years at the community college level, and I was impressed with his teaching skills and the marvelous rapport he developed with students. He worked tirelessly toward excellence, adding much needed support to a department top-heavy with composition courses and motivated international students. We all still miss him very much.
