Lessons are based on best practice standards and training methods innovated by the Founder of Kyokushinkai Karate, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama.
I teach in English, and native South African languages. I teach in simple but yet innovative means, students will become prolific Karate practitioners on an off the tatami.
