About Audra
Coaching virtually for 4+ years and supported 275+ clients so far Continued education for self and clients Certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy and Trauma Informed Coaching. Always focusing on the person first and the outcome second. I lead by example and am open about my ADHD and autism and other experiences to help you with yours, if it is appropriate to do so. I understand that to make sustainable change, I need to meet you where you are at now, and then supportively guide you through the personalized process to get you to a place of self-sustained outcomes that you can continue on for your life.
