Since I have been teaching students, and have had many classes at the same time, I have led students in their journey to earn their valuable degrees for their future careers. I have taught thousands of students during my journey, and are passionate and caring for the students to succeed in their goals and objectives. Student results have been amazing and awesome when they are learning and gaining knowledge, they consistently request me to teach forthcoming courses because of my style of guidance and learning. I introduce best practices and strategy techniques that are positive methods illustrated in the classroom. Each student has unique characteristics that I support in the ever changing models that are illustrated in various classes. Presence in the classroom is my passion and a positive approach has been beneficial to my students. I continue to provide important and consistent feedback, interaction in the classroom, and redundancy for the students to excel in their course objectives. The persona I have created through caring and development has been positive, and I will continue to work with the students’ progress. I earned a Bachelor's degree and am approximately half done with my Master's Degree; both through Grantham University. Every one of my submissions in Dr. Mary's class received in-depth comments and critiques. Even if I were to attain a 100% on a submission, she still made it a point to advise me where I could improve instead of letting me think I had mastered the topic. Her "never stop learning" mentality and her consistent and professional advice in the use of the APA format has helped me immensely throughout my program. On top of her keen eye for attention to detail (formatting), she is a source of knowledge which I have consulted on numerous occasions during my Master's Program; an outside opinion to check my knowledge of a topic with someone outside of whatever class I am taking.
