About Nova
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with more than 6 years of experience teaching college students. I believe guitar learning should be enjoyable, motivating, and effective.
My teaching style is interactive and supportive. I listen carefully to students’ goals and challenges and design lessons that match their needs. I focus on steady improvement and confidence building.
I use innovative methods such as real-song learning, rhythm training, and guided practice routines. Students learn chord progressions, strumming patterns, fingerstyle techniques, and timing step by step. I also include creative exercises to improve musical expression.
Music theory is taught in a simple and practical way and applied directly on the guitar. I also introduce improvisation and ear training to develop creativity.
I aim to create a positive learning environment where college students feel encouraged to practise and grow as musicians.

I teach Guitar with a focus on creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. I aim to help students build technical skill, musical understanding, and self-expression. Lessons include improvisation, composing original pieces, and exploring a variety of musical genres.
Critical thinking is a core part of my teaching. I help students analyse songs, understand chord structures and scales, and develop strategies to learn and perform music independently.
Accountability ensures consistent growth. I guide students to set achievable goals, practise regularly, and track progress. Constructive feedback and encouragement maintain motivation and confidence.
Along with Guitar, I teach music theory, ear training, songwriting, and performance skills. Lessons are personalised to each student’s pace, level, and interests, creating an engaging and rewarding learning experience.
My aim is to mentor students into confident, creative, and self-reliant musicians who can enjoy and express music fully.
