Learn Boxing the Right Way – Train, Improve & Build Confidence!
Want to learn boxing, get fitter, improve your technique, or simply become more confident? My classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to learn boxing in a safe, structured and enjoyable way.
As someone with a competitive boxing background, I focus on teaching the fundamentals properly rather than just making you throw punches.
What you’ll learn:
• Proper stance, guard and footwork
• Jab, cross, hooks, uppercuts & combinations
• Defence, blocking, slipping and movement
• Speed, power, reflexes and coordination
• Boxing-specific fitness and conditioning
• Fight IQ, strategy and ring awareness
• Confidence, discipline and mental toughness
Every class can be personalized according to your fitness level, goals and experience. Whether you have never boxed before or already have some experience, we'll work step-by-step to help you improve.
My goal is simple: to help you become fitter, sharper and more confident while genuinely learning the art of boxing.
No experience required. Just bring your commitment and willingness to learn!
