About Helga
Nice that you found me. At this point, I do not believe in coincidences. I believe in universal intelligence and resonance. So it makes sense that you are here. I am Helga Maria, born in 1983 in Transylvania. Highly sensitive, sensitive, mindful and therefore always something "different" in my environment. I visited a variety of schools and did interesting jobs, such as a lawyers assistent, project manager, social media manager, HR manager. The deafness for the voice of my soul, however, has brought me to the absolute state of exhaustion. After experiencing a BurnOut, I now know right down to the last cell of my body that I want to live my truth, my heart and serve with my abilities. I am grateful for that. All my experiences have shaped me and ultimately led to training in humanistic psychotherapy. My vocation is now clear to me: give people, above all in periods of upheaval and crisis situations, space, meet without judgment and listen with open heart and accompany, so that personal recognition and growth happens. Because it does not have to come to a total state of exhaustion to wake up in an authentic form of being, it may also 'easier' go.
