About Ross
I've been an ESL tutor for 10 years now. I've worked as an English lecturer at universities in Thailand, and also in a recruitment-consultant role, helping students develop their English to the standard required to work for some of Asia's most prestigious airlines.

My primary concern is that my student speaks as much English as possible in class. I like to keep the atmosphere relaxed and fun but am also confident enough to explain advanced grammar when required. I understand most students (particularly my Asian students) are keen to develop their pronunciation, and so I don't allow many mistakes to go unchallenged.

Details
If the student cannot attend class and cancels with at least 2hrs notice, no problem (£0).
If the student cancels within 2hrs, I charge £4 since it's difficult to fill my slots in such a short amount of time
If I attend class and student does not, I charge for the full price of the session (£18)
