About Jodi
I am a graduate of University of Hawaii with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I'm also a business owner. I have my own wellness line that consists of raw, vegan superfood bars and a non-toxic supplement line. I'm also a mom of 3! I have been educating myself on alternative medicine and wellness for the past 18 years. I'm a fitness junkie and can't sleep unless I get my daily workout in! I also love making healthy foods and am always coming up with new ideas and healthy food creations!

I would assess each person & ask them their goals & what they wish to learn & change about their health & lifestyle. I'd teach them the importance of reading ingredients, what to look for in foods & how to incorporate fitness & wellness daily. I'd also ask them about their everyday lives and the things that make them happy or stress them out. I'll teach them how to lessen toxins in their daily lives and most of all encourage each individual along the way!
