About Elisa
I have my Ph.D in Counseling Psychology, I have extensive experience as a Counseling Psychologist and a Life Coach. I work with children, Adults, Families, Couples and Married. With my skills I can help my clients much more thoroughly from a more well rounded approach. I will support you and will never judge you. I use constructive criticism to help my client to see their mistakes. I want my clients to reach their maximum potential. I use motivational Interviewing techniques when I start a session to get to know my client. I specialize in Mental trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Neuroplasticity Cognitive Restructuring, One On One and Family Interventions and many more. During the intake session which is the first session I will ask you some questions to get to know you and to understand what is troubling you. We will develop a plan to work on for ongoing sessions depending on you situation. I will you give you activities for you to do that will also help you to better heal and cope. During on going sessions I use the humanistic psychological approach, I also use neuroplasticity coaching techniques that help you to improve your brains thought patterns from negative experiences. I use critical thinking and problem solving skills, we will create a goal list, I will document your progress and we will also go over it together, I also give constructive feedback.
