Having worked with Kwesi, he is not only a talented artist but also has a keen eye for how to translate that talent into assets for a wide variety of projects across the industry. A team player, he's able to communicate both at a high and simpler level as needed, and the room is always both brighter and more productive with him in it. I'd heartily recommend Kwesi as an educator, as he has that particular marriage of talent, ability to communicate, and affability that are the hallmarks of a real mentor.

My acquaintance with Kwesi goes back to 2003 when we taught at the Art Institute of LA in Santa Monica. I know Kwesi more personally from the last 3 years of working side by side at Otis College of Art and Design where we taught together a character design course for high school students.
Kwesi was an outstanding leader with students, providing one-on-one instruction and making students feel safe and respected in the classroom environment.
The values of respect and acceptance of the diversity of all students stands out as a major contribution to our learning and creative atmosphere.
Given his capacity for empathy and expert guidance in the fields of art and industrial design, I believe Kwesi will be a real asset to the leadership Circle and its mission. I highly recommend him for this teaching position.

I was fortunate enough to have been in several of Mr. Kennedy's college classes at my school. His approach to teaching was well rounded and profoundly executed. I felt completely supported by someone who not only took teaching seriously but also invested themselves in my success. Always approachable and putting in the effort to problem solve with you.
A lot of the successful tactics I have employed as a manager and mentor in my career I can attribute to the approach he used in teaching. He was extremely informed and approached each subject with enthusiasm. Teaching is often more than just knowing the subject; it is presentation, communication, and wanting to be there for the students. I appreciated every class I had with Kwesi and wish more teachers could bring his skill to the classroom.

I have known Kwesi for many years. We became aquatinted through the LA art scene. Kwesi is engaging and an incredibly talented artist. The wealth of knowledge and skill pairs with a warm and easy demeanor to create a wonderful learning environment.

Kwesi is a great teacher and overall great human. He has a ton of knowledge and experience to impart. He wants his students to succeed and he takes action to make sure they do. He taught me all I know and helped me to land my first job in animation.

He is friendly, thorough and has lots of experience. He can troubleshoot and gives great tips to strategize your animations.

Kwesi is not only a great teacher but also a great human. His passion to see his students succeed, translates not only in the classroom but also in the working world. He helped me get my first job, and I know I can rely on him for advice. He is technically knowledgeable and has a load of experience he shares generously. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their teacher and or apart of their staff.

Professor Ako was one of my favorite instructors. He was highly knowledgeable, and he wasn't afraid to give in-depth criticism. I learned about both art and life from him, and it's something I've taken with me throughout life. Thank you for impacting me in such a big way, Professor Ako.

I personally enjoyed the vibe he introduced to my learning environment. I felt comfortable and confident that I was learning from an expert from start to end.
