About Kai
Hello, my name is Kai Pascar A., an architectural designer based in Cameroon with over eight years of professional experience in design practice and technical training. I am also currently a Master’s degree student at Mie University, Japan, where I continue to strengthen my academic foundation and applied research skills.
I am highly proficient in industry standard architectural and engineering software, including AutoCAD, Archicad, and Revit. My teaching philosophy goes beyond button clicking. I focus on helping students understand design logic, structural coordination, and the real world limitations of software tools so they can apply them confidently and responsibly.
I work mainly with students from civil engineering and architectural backgrounds. Learners are expected to have their own laptops and a basic understanding of structural analysis. Classes are interactive and practical, encouraging questions, discussions, and hands on exercises to ensure mutual understanding and measurable progress.
Whether you are a student struggling with design software or a young professional looking to refine your workflow, my goal is to help you develop clarity, confidence, and technical competence.

About the Lessons
My lessons are practical, structured, and interactive, designed to help students build a strong understanding of architectural and engineering software rather than rely on memorization.
