About Lucia
I hold a BA in acting and have trained as a dancer for fifteen years, I have offered several movement workshops and directed character-led sessions for actors and dancers; my main goal is to help actors to explore their physicality and own their movement.

I offer sessions for both professional actors and Acting students; I observe how you use your body and deliver my sessions accordingly to the areas that you wish/need to work in. The sessions are composed of both guided exercises and improvisational moments for you to acknowledge your own physical expressivity.
