About Audrey
I’m a French artist and art teacher, living in New Zealand for the past 8 years. I've been teaching drawing and painting to children and adults for over 7 years, both in person and online. I have a background in communication and strategy (Master’s degree), and after my studies, I completed a one-year art training program to deepen my drawing skills — a lifelong passion since childhood. Teaching art is something I truly love. I enjoy helping people discover their creativity, build confidence, and develop their own artistic voice. I teach in both English and French, and I always aim to create a safe, inspiring, and supportive learning environment.

About the Lesson: My art classes are personalized and adapted to each student’s goals, style, and rhythm. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate, I will support you step by step with patience, encouragement, and inspiration. I truly believe that art is about creativity and self-expression. Everyone is different. There are techniques and rules to guide you — and once you learn them, you’re free to break them and explore your own unique artistic voice. You are the artist. You can choose what you want to learn: drawing with pencil or charcoal, painting with watercolors, acrylics or pastels, or experimenting with different techniques. I have many examples to inspire you, and you can either copy a model or use it as a starting point for your own ideas. Some students come to prepare for art school, others just want to relax and enjoy being creative. Children, teens, and adults are all welcome. I offer: Private or group lessons In-person classes (Bay of Plenty) or online A friendly, relaxed and respectful atmosphere Lessons in English or French Let’s create together!
