About Amy
I’m Dr. Amy Butner — Egyptologist, museum insider, and your personal guide to the wild, scandalous, and awe-inspiring world of art history. I’ve worked with The Met and Smithsonian Journeys, uncovering the stories that paintings, sculptures, and ancient artifacts are dying to tell. Whether it’s the secrets of ancient Egypt, the drama of Renaissance masterpieces, or the radical visions of modern art, I’ll help you see the world’s art with new eyes — and maybe fall a little in love with it, too.
