About Herdina Maya
I undergraduate of Environmental Engineering at Islamic University of Indonesia, and currently I am pursuing a Masters in Art Management at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts. I previously was a tourguide at the Yogyakarta Batik Museum and I also have a business in the field of batik, namely Totebag and Drawstring Bag Batik, Shibori and also Painting.

The method I will do the first time is to introduce Batik, Shibori and Ecoprint to those who attend my training / workshop. Then I will teach techniques in batik from Design, Tracing, Batik, dyeing or dabbing (both natural and synthetic colors) to boiling. In Shibori I will also teach the folding technique to create the desired motif and also dyeing colors, especially natural coloring. For the Ecoprint technique, I will teach the Pounding or hitting ecoprint technique and also the steaming technique so that the fabric can become the desired product
