I am a Creative Arts Therapist and Art teacher who has been teaching for 15 + years and am passionate about art and helping others develop their skills, techniques and art knowledge. I am also able to provide Art therapy counselling and facilitate art therapy workshops for individual and group classes.

My Teaching methodology is Inquiry based where I encourage my students to explore their desires, passions and interests when creating and expressing themselves through art. There is no need for Art experience as my classes are intuitive and non judgemental. I am happy to work in helping you develop you skills and techniques and or help you increase your self awareness and find peace and calm in your art exploration. I use mindfulness techniques as well as Creative arts therapy techniques in helping you reach your artistic or personal goals.
