About Karolina
The method I have been developing in the last 2 years is based on:
• body relaxation and meditation
• stimulation of the senses
• techniques of artistic expression (painting, drawing, collage, writing, body movement)
These methods combined together can activate the flow of free imagination, as well as, lower our self-judgment.
What are your needs? We can talk about it on the first free meeting.
You will get "The Journal of Creativity" for free!

Through personalized creative stimulation sessions, you will be able to learn to: • Gain confidence in your creativity • Listen to your body in order to express your inner needs • Find the creative method and the most suitable tools for you For this, you don't need any artistic skills to start this journey. The method is based on: • body relaxation and meditation • stimulation of the senses • techniques of artistic expression (painting, drawing, collage, writing, body movement) These elements together activate the free imagination and allow to lower the barriers of self-judgment.
