About Amy
I created the Emosual Painting Style because I have struggled with cPTSD, anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, and a lack of self-confidence. As part of my healing journey I used Painting in order to get the stuck energies out so my physical body could stop suffering from my emotional pain. I live a lifestyle where understanding and releasing my emotions is necessary for my sustainability. I'd love to teach others how to create more self-sustainability within their own wellness.

I teach you how to feel and immediately release stuck energies (emotion is energy in motion). When learning how to feel our feelings from our past or even at this present moment it can feel difficult to really express them fully, join me in learning how to express your emotions through Painting.
