About Tiziana
I used to be a couch potato until one day. I had a wake up call following a blood test results. I started with some walking running and basic gym training and then moved to HIIT workouts. From there, I started some basic running progressing to a 5 km run. I also added up to progress to at 10km run and from there, I started with intense running programs to be able to run longer distances. I’ve ran have marathons and also ultra races, where my longest run was 100km. I have also competed in Hyrox races. I am a mummy too and have trained during pregnancy as well as postpartum. I understand the struggles, both experienced by those wanting to start exercising as well as those who are already exercising and are also professional athletes.
