About Jasmine
I am a 19-year-old graduate from Wellington Girls' College with a passion for Computer Science, Maths, Chemistry, and Physics! I have received Excellence endorsement all through NCEA Level 1-3 which translates to a 99.60 ATAR!
I recently received NCEA Scholarship Statistics (top 3.06% nationally) and Top in New Zealand for A-Level Chinese.
I am proficient in multiple programming languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Java, Python). I interned at Serato as a junior software engineer and will be heading to either USC or Georgia Tech for Computer Science this Fall.
I have over 2 years of tutoring experience. From intermediate school to Year 13, long division to Organic Chemistry, I have received phenomenal feedback from every tutee and their parents. We have witnessed substantial improvement in the tutees' academic performance, which was a strong testament to the effectiveness of our lessons.

Kia ora! As the new school year begins, I am here to take the weight off your shoulders!
In our first lesson, I will learn about your strengths and weaknesses and your preferred tutoring approach. I also want to know your learning goals and expectations -- it's important to make the most out of our lessons!
Usually, my tutorial lesson lasts an hour and is composed of working on past papers (or exercises) and talking through the solutions. If you struggle with a particular concept, I would explain it thoroughly with examples + visual demonstrations and give you a similar problem to ensure that you fully grasp the concept.
