Perfect! My 13-year-old son started private lessons with Jasmin because we are moving to a new place and he needs to catch up with his peers. Working with Jasmin has helped him a lot. Though she has not tutored my son for a long time, he feels like he understands German better than before. The knowledge of the languages she has, has also helped to understand the language further. Since she uses things that my son likes during the lessons it helps him to be more engaged with what they are learning. She is a great teacher and I highly recommend working with her.

Perfect! We have been trying for a while to find a local German teacher for our children as I am from Germany and my wife is from New Zealand and our three children are all born in Australia where we are living now. As I am the only one in our home speaking German it has been very difficult and frustrating for me to see that despite my best efforts (I pretty much only speak German to my kids) my kids remained very hesitant to speak back in German to me. I did achieve some results with my oldest daughter but seemed to get nowhere with my two younger ones. We didn't think that online tutoring would be possible with our younger kids (6 and 8) and we approached this with very low expectations but again there were no other options that we could find. So far we had only 2 sessions with Jasmin and we are blown away with the professionalism and skill level of Jasmin. She has opened my eyes to the possible issues underlying our struggle which also included the way I was approaching this and she managed to gain trust and spark the interest and even excitement within my kids to work in a playful manner on their German skills and to express their reasons to why they feel uncomfortable to speak in this language. Jasmin has now already developed a clear plan on how to approach this taking into consideration their differences and including myself in the tutoring process. We can't believe our luck in finding Jasmin and we are all looking forward to see the progress in our children's language skills. Thank you Jasmin.
