Hodaya is an excellent teacher. Her combination of knowledge, experience, a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and endless patience has made her classes a true leap forward in my ability to paint. Thanks to her, I have deepened my understanding of light and shadow, color, and composition, and learned how to apply them more confidently in my paintings. She is wonderful, and I highly recommend her!

I took an online course with Hodaya from our Public Library in portrait drawing. She was great to work with— she was able to articulate drawing techniques over Zoom, and she looked at our work and gave feedback. She was able to demonstrate the drawing techniques over the Zoom format and it worked really well. And she is a lovely and personable person, besides being a great artist!

She is enormously talented in all her arts and a very kind, sweet, helpful and experienced teacher with a wealth of knowledge. I totally loved her classes.
