About Dhaivat
I started playing Tabla at the age of 5 in India and continued to learn and perform till the age of 20 when I picked up drumsticks. Studied with the best of the teachers in Indian music scene for more than 6 years. But my strive for advance learning of Jazz brought me to one of the best music schools in the world - Humber College. Apart from being a full time musician, I am also a certified sound engineer and music producer.

I strongly believe in sharing my experience as a professional musician to my fellow music students with the strong essence of theory. I focus on clarity, tone, and technique than anything else at the beginning and then as per the student's interest I guide the student in the specific direction of performance and advanced concepts.
