About Theo
My name is Theo, and I’m a dedicated concert pianist and piano tutor with years of experience performing and teaching in both individual and group settings. I recently completed my Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance at Kennesaw State University, where I’ve had the privilege of studying under internationally recognized pianists and professors. Students can expect a professional, encouraging, and structured learning environment tailored to their unique needs. Whether you're a beginner learning your first notes or an advanced student preparing for auditions, I bring patience, clarity, and a deep love for music to every lesson. My background in music technology also allows me to incorporate creative tools that enhance the learning experience. Above all, I am committed to helping each student grow not only as a musician but as a confident and curious artist.

As a tutor, I combine classical training with a modern, student-centered approach. Each lesson is tailored to the student's goals, whether it's building strong foundational technique, exploring musical expression, or learning to compose using music technology. A typical lesson includes warm-ups, repertoire work, theory integration, and creative exploration such as improvisation or composition. I work with students of all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced pianists preparing for recitals or auditions.
What sets me apart is my diverse experience: I’m a concert pianist and scholarship recipient who graduated in Piano Performance at Kennesaw State University, with additional skills in audio production and music tech. I also have public speaking experience, which helps me communicate concepts clearly and build student confidence.
