As a tutor, my approach is centered on interactive learning, where I emphasize conversation, discussion, and collaborative workshops to foster an engaging environment. I believe language acquisition is most effective when it's practiced in real-life contexts, so I focus on creating a space where students feel comfortable speaking and exploring the Serbian-Croatian language in various scenarios.

Teaching Method and Techniques: I combine structured lessons with a conversational approach to encourage active participation. Through commentaries on literature, current events, and daily topics, I help students improve both their language comprehension and fluency. My technique involves introducing vocabulary and grammar in context, ensuring that each lesson feels practical and relatable.

Typical Lesson Plan:

Warm-up: Brief conversation in Serbian-Croatian, focusing on topics that interest the student.
Vocabulary and Grammar Practice: A short lesson on key grammar rules or new vocabulary.
Discussion or Reading: A conversation or reading session, followed by analysis or interpretation, where I encourage the student to express their thoughts in the language.
Interactive Exercises: Use of interactive activities such as role-playing or debating in Serbian-Croatian to reinforce what’s been learned.
Wrap-up: Recap of key takeaways and setting goals for the next session.
What Sets Me Apart: As a writer and top student in political science, I bring a deep understanding of language nuances and cultural context to my teaching. I also focus on the literary aspect of the language, offering insights into classical and contemporary works, making lessons more enriching and insightful. What truly sets me apart is my passion for creating a dynamic, engaging environment where learning is as much about conversation and connection as it is about grammar.

Who the Lessons Are For: My lessons are perfect for individuals of all levels—from beginners who are starting their journey with Serbian-Croatian to advanced learners looking to refine their conversational and literary skills. I cater to students preparing for exams, those interested in the language for academic purposes, or anyone passionate about improving their fluency for personal or professional reasons.
