About Chidinma Victory
I am an experienced university lecturer, nurse educator, PhD researcher, published author, mentor and award-winning diversity and inclusion advocate. My career has progressed from student nurse and clinical practitioner to educator, researcher and leader, giving me valuable insight into the personal and professional challenges people may face while developing their careers.
I am passionate about teaching because I believe that people often need more than information; they need encouragement, clarity, practical guidance and a safe space to recognise their strengths. My work centres on leadership, career and professional development, confidence, wellbeing, inclusive practice and supporting people to find their voice.
I bring warmth, honesty and practical experience to every session. My aim is to help you feel seen, supported and empowered while developing the confidence and strategies needed to move forward personally and professionally.

My lessons are personalised, practical and supportive, with each session shaped around your individual goals, experiences and professional aspirations. I work with students, graduates, healthcare professionals, academics and emerging leaders who want to develop their confidence, clarify their direction and progress in their careers.
Sessions may focus on leadership development, career planning, professional growth, interview preparation, workplace progression, communication, confidence, impostor syndrome, wellbeing and maintaining balance while managing professional responsibilities.
We will begin by identifying your needs and desired outcomes. Through guided discussion, reflective activities and practical tools, we will explore your strengths, challenges and opportunities. You will leave each session with greater clarity and a realistic action plan that you can begin applying immediately.
My teaching approach is inclusive, encouraging and strengths-based. I create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can think openly, develop your voice and move forward with confidence.
