About Alex
I’m a Bachelor of Music graduate and experienced Cuban trombonist with over 12 years of training. Since the age of 17, I’ve performed with the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba and various Cuban dance orchestras. I’ve spent four years teaching at an elementary music school, working with children aged 10 to 16, and I bring this experience to every lesson. My approach is focused on building confidence, strong technique, and a deep understanding of music. With a passion for teaching and a diverse musical background, I’m committed to helping students of all ages achieve their musical goals and enjoy the learning process.

About My Lessons
My lessons are designed to build a strong foundation in music while nurturing a passion for learning. I specialize in trombone and all brass instruments, as well as music theory, sight-reading, and intermediate piano.
Each lesson is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the student, whether they are just starting or looking to advance their skills. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated to grow musically. I bring a practical, real-world approach to teaching that helps students excel.
