About Gabisile
Hi! I’m Hope, a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Johannesburg who is passionate about fitness, movement, and helping people feel confident in their bodies. I love creating a positive and motivating environment where people can enjoy exercise while working towards their personal goals.
Through my coaching experience, I have developed strong communication and leadership skills, and I enjoy supporting others by encouraging, motivating, and guiding them throughout their fitness journey. My goal is to make each session fun, welcoming, and suitable for every individual, whether you are starting your fitness journey or looking to improve your performance.
