About Rubal
I am Baljeet Kaur MSc Physics BEd. I am having 1.5 years offline and 1.5 years Byjus online teaching experience where i served as a Academic specialist. Lets talk about my strength, I always follow student centric approach which means we always begin our session with either a riddle, any story, real life example, with sort of experiments etc that helps the students to land the discussion topics directly. Moreover, I will provide problem based questions that actually enhances quality education and elevate logical understanding of the concepts among students. Additionally, the foremost part my teaching is that it is always fills with fun elements.

My name is Baljeet Kaur post graduate in Physics BE.d. The most important and i guess effective method a tutor should have always begin the session with a student centric approach in which student is supposed to connect what is our today's topic of discussion. Then with the real life examples some sort of experiments I persue the session with my students in such a way that they are filled with curiosity throughout the session and always tries to ask why's. It means student engagement is one of the strength of the tutor that i have. Atlast we close the topic with a quick mind map with the help of student engagemnet only. This is the structure of my teaching. I can handle schoolgoing, college level as well if i will get a chance.
