I feel so energized every day after I finish my session at the gym, I would like to share my experience with my students and make them feel energized. I love teaching what I have learned and help the hungry fitness enthusiasts achieve their fitness goals and move up the ladder. I have completed the following certifications.
1. Certification in Gym Workouts, Fitness and bodybuilding from Udemy
2. Certified Sports Nutritionist from Rajasthan Royals School of Business.
I am currently pursuing Advanced Personal Trainer Professional Course from Keleven School of Fitness Sciences.
Highlight: Have personally been training myself for more than a decade, I make workouts look simple, sensible by following a systematic approach. I teach my students/clients everything about exercises, etiquettes, terminologies etc, so they can leverage those learnings in future and stay fit always.
I adopt a flexible training model as per client needs by providing face to face, online, and hybrid trainings.
I dedicate time to address specific questions off training time.
