About Charisse
Hi! I am a Molecular and Cell Biology major/Global Public Health and Human Rights minor at UC Berkeley. I am from Los Angeles, and love to teach and encourage others to learn. In my free time, I like traveling to new places, watching TV shows, spending time with my friends, painting, and ice skating. I hope to get to know you soon and help you on your academic journey!

I have taken 10 AP courses including: Calculus AB, Literature, Language/Composition, Spanish, Biology, Chemistry, US History, Computer Science A, Macroeconomics, and American Government. My SAT score was a 1550 (780 English, 770 Math), and my high school GPA was a 4.4. I have experience teaching math, English, and chemistry; I can also provide SAT test prep. I prefer to teach elementary/middle/high school students. A typical lesson plan would include going over questions in homework, reviewing concepts, explaining confusions within subjects, and giving study tips.
