About Asad
I completed by Bachelor's degree from McGill University in the Biomedical Sciences. I have tutored at the high-school and CEGEP level, providing private one-on-one math & science lessons to high school students over the past 5 years. I have excelled in academics having earned distinction at the college and university level in both sciences and maths.

As a tutor, I strive to teach my students with compassion and empathy. I prefer to have the lessons on Zoom.
Prior to each lesson, I ask students to send me their homework/assignments they get from class. I work with the student to address any questions they have on the homework/assignment. For difficult questions, I will explain step-by-step how to get the solution and the logic behind it. If the student does not understand, I won't get frustrated and will ask what concept they have difficulty understanding and will try explaining in another way by providing analogies or examples.
