About Ericka
I am a second degree black belt raised in a martial arts family. Outside my martial arts experience, I have been working with youth and teens in the area of leadership and self esteem for most of my life. I specialize in private self-defense training for women and young ladies ages 10 +, to offer a safe comfortable learning environment.

Hi I’m Ericka C
I am a God fearing, Christ filled, mother of 3, a boss, and warrior survivor. I hold a black belt in Taekwondo and experience in hand to hand combat. Specializing in training women and teen girls, who want to learn to protect themselves while staying fit, challenging themselves and learning their limits.
I come from a background of very strong yet feminine women.
My grandmother holds the Guinness world record for oldest competing female bodybuilder and I have a niece who is a two time state champ wrestler, whom benefited from my mindset and self esteem coaching.
