About Simon
World Class Boxing Coach for competitive or recreational athletes.
The overall goal for most is to feel confident, happy and healthy without over-complicating things. I use over 20 years of Boxing and Strength & Conditioning expertise to assist you to become the best version of you. My main goal is to make boxing and fitness accessible for everyone.
I no doubt bring infectious energy and extensive experience into every session. I design each session with your goals in mind and strive to make sure that every session isn’t just versatile and challenging, but fun too.
I have experience with clients of all ages and physical fitness and within boxing I coach all levels including amateur, white collar and fighters at an elite competitive level.
Exercise is an essential part of keeping healthy, physically and mentally. When we don’t exercise, or do so incorrectly, we increase risk of injury. I teach REAL boxing in a syllabus format to allow proper development of skills with measurable results. Learn the fundamentals of the Sweet Science and apply your own personal style as you improve and build confidence.
I've been in boxing for over 20 years and I'm fully qualified and insured by England Boxing as well as a personal trainer. I'm also DBS certified with up to date Safeguarding as I work with 5 year olds all the way up to 75 year olds.
