Monique is extremely detailed as she cues us into the various postures, always making sure we are in alignment. She is very knowledgeable of what one can and cannot do based on medical limitations and physical capabilities. Her tone of voice is calm and I'd like to say, musical, as she guides us through relaxation. Even though I am just now starting my yoga journey, she is always aware to possible posture upgrades as we move along. I definitely recommend Monique.
