About Natália
On the last year of High School, I was an essay assistant. At the beginning of Portuguese Literature and Language Degree, I started giving private classes. I was also a volunteer essay teacher for students in preparation for university admission exams. With the support of Universidade de Brasília, I did a six-month exchange on Universidade do Algarve (Portugal).
As a language professional, I work as an interpreter and have extensive experience in the publishing industry in Brazil, having worked as a book editor and an academic paper reviewer. My approach to teaching is tailored to each student's needs, focusing on communication, cultural immersion, and a solid understanding of grammar. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, I am here to guide you on your journey to mastering Portuguese with engaging and effective lessons.
I am a poet, my e-book was self-published by Amazon after doing a literary writing course. I work also with content review, in which I have a postgraduate level. In moments of inspiration, I like to write haikais!

Natalia was introduced to me as a friend of my girlfriend who mentioned she offered Portuguese lessons for foreigners.
The lessons are structured very well for beginners. There are reading, speaking, writing, and listening elements from the very beginning. Natalia is very welcoming and always incorporates some fun or interesting facts during the lesson.
She is the perfect person to be your tutor as she was involved with linguistics at university and will have an answer to any questions about the Portuguese language like the origins of words or phrases.View more recommendations
