About Aline
Hi, I’m Aline! I’m a Brazilian drama teacher, actress, and deeply passionate about the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture. I love cinema, TV shows, literature, traveling, and everything that involves artistic expression. Teaching Portuguese is, for me, a way to share Brazil’s richness and create real connections with people from all over the world. My journey with languages began at the age of 11, when I started learning English by myself through movies and series. This natural and immersive method led me to develop a deep love for languages. Today, I hold a C2 English certificate and I teach Portuguese the same way I learned English — with authenticity, real-life context, and a focus on communication. My lessons are practical, fun and adapted to each student's needs. I work with learners of all levels and backgrounds, and I love using everyday situations and media (TV, culture, dialogues) to help you feel confident speaking Portuguese.

I hold a licentiate degree in Theatre Education with a strong focus on teaching Arts to middle and high school students. My academic background and classroom experience give me a solid foundation for designing lessons that meet different student needs. I’ve developed skills in body expression, public speaking, creativity in teaching, and educational methodology for regular schools. This experience enriches my Portuguese lessons, making them more dynamic, empathetic, and effective. Besides, I’m fluent in English (C2 level), which allows me to teach students from different countries and fluency levels with confidence and clarity.
My teaching method is based on cultural immersion through Brazilian movies, series, and real-life situations. In our lessons, you’ll learn how to communicate naturally — understanding not only words but also context, emotions, gestures, and the culture behind the language.
I teach students from beginner to advanced levels, always focusing on:
